Complaint lodged through this portal must have name and person details (mobile/telephone number, if any) of the sender with specific details /information of the matter.

Complaints lodged should be genuine and not malicious, vexatious, or frivolous and should be based on verifiable facts.
A complaint preferably be lodged in English or Hindi language for facilitating early action thereon.
The complaint should not be anonymous or pseudonymous.
The complaint should be specific and with evidence if available.
The complaint should not be biased or based on any personal grievances.
Complaints sent on email Id of officers of the DFCCIL/Vigilance will not be entered or taken cognizance of by the DFCCIL.
One specific issue should be raised in one complaint. If more than one specific issues are there, it is better to raise the same in separate complaint. Further, Complainant, while forwarding their complaints to the DFCCIL, should mention details one by one in a clear manner so that the same can be understood unambiguously.
The supporting documents if any should be in PDF(max size 2 MB) form and should be legible.
